Each chocolate has been designed to be a simple but extravagant mouthful, with an attractive visual appearance to compliment the character of each unique recipe. Having trained under a Swiss master chocolatier, Jane now works from her own chocolate studio in the North East, where these elegant chocolates are created by hand.
